Who we are

What we collect

• Order details you enter at checkout: name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Payment details, which are entered directly into our payment provider's secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us by email.

Why we use it

We use your data to process and deliver your order, provide receipts, respond to enquiries and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract and legal obligation under UK GDPR.

Who we share it with

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as an independent controller for payment data. We share delivery details only as needed to send your order. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years in the UK), then deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. Your bag and wishlist are saved in your own browser's local storage so they remain when you return; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings. Our payment provider may set strictly necessary cookies to keep checkout secure and prevent fraud.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
