About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed on auremontelle.com by customers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before ordering. Questions can be sent to auremontelle@gmail.com.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken securely at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment has been confirmed and we have sent your confirmation.
Availability
Pieces are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an item after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details are confirmed at checkout and on our Delivery & Returns page.
Cancellations and returns
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is wrong with your piece, please contact us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
