Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Tell us by emailing auremontelle@gmail.com with your name and order details.
Sending a piece back
After telling us, please return the item within a further 14 days, unworn and in its original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is yours. We recommend a tracked service.
Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears can only be returned if the seal or protective packaging is unopened, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We may reduce the refund if an item shows wear beyond what is needed to examine it.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These rights are in addition to this policy.
